  1.   What is Win-Spy?

Win-Spy is a completely invisible KEY RECORDER and SCREEN CAPTURE  utility that  secretly captures anything the user sees or type on the keyboard. Win-Spy operates in stealth mode. Users will not be aware that they are being monitored.   Win-Spy has the capability to secretly EMAILING KEY LOG files to any email address.  Win-Spy also comes with a FOLDER HIDER which allows you to hide any folder on your hard drive. Win-Spy also has a PICTURE VIEWER that can be used to view most picture formats.

 

  1.   How does Win-Spy work?

Win-Spy accomplishes two tasks in monitoring your computer. 

1) It captures screen shots of the computer.

2) It captures all keys typed on the keyboard.

 

  1.   How do I Install and run Win-Spy?

Run the Win-Spy Setup.exe file. You will be prompted to enter a username and password.  Enter any Username and Password.  You will use this Username and Password to Login into Win-Spy.   Note that username and password are case sensitive. Restart your computer.  Press CONTROL - SHIFT - W keys, at login dialog enter the username and password you used at setup.

 

  1.   How do I Uninstall Win-Spy?

You will have to enter your username and password to uninstall Win-Spy.

Users will not be able to uninstall Win-Spy without a username and password.

Press CONTROL - SHIFT - W keys, at login dialog enter your username and password press the uninstall button.

 

  1.   How do I access Win-Spy in windows?

To login into Win-Spy you will have to use the CONTROL - SHIFT - W keys.

 

  1.   Does Win-Spy start automatically when windows start?

Yes, Win-Spy automatically starts every time you start windows.

 

  1.   Will users know if Win-Spy is running?

No, users will be unaware that Win-Spy is running.  Win-Spy will not appear on the task manager or windows toolbar.

 

  1.   Can users uninstall Win-Spy?

You will have to enter your username and password to uninstall Win-Spy.

Users will not be able to uninstall Win-Spy without a username and password.

Press CONTROL - SHIFT - W keys, at login dialog enter your username and password press the uninstall button.

 

  1.   Can users stop Win-Spy from running?

No,  Win-Spy does not appear on the task manager. Users will not be able to stop Win-Spy program.

 

  1.   Can I save Screen Capture  and Key Recorder  files across the network?

Yes, Win-Spy allows users to specify location to store the ScreenCapture and Key Recorder files.   

 

  1.   Can Win-Spy secretly mail me the Key Recorder file?

Win-Spy has the option to mail the Key Recorder file to any e-mail address.  The file is secretly emailed whenever the user connects to the internet.

 

  1.   Can I Hide any folder in windows using Win-Spy?

Yes, with Win-Spy you may select any window folders to hide.  Win-Spy has the option to disable windows “View Folder Option”  making hidden folders totally un-access able by users.

 

  1.   Can I use Win-Spy as a Picture Viewer?

Yes, Win-Spy can be used as a picture viewer.

 

  1.   What is Remote Install?

Win-Spy’s Remote Install will allow you create a small file which can be sent to a remote PC. When the user clicks on the file it would silently install win-spy. If a picture is included, the user will see the picture and not be aware that win-spy is being installed. If no picture is included when the user clicks on the file, it would appear as nothing has happened.

 

15.    How do I create a Remote Install File?

     You would use Win-Spy’s Remote Install File creator under Tools to create the remote

     install file.

 

16.    What information will I receive from the remote PC?

You will receive the Key Capture/Key Log files.

 

17.    Will Shareware version Remote install show an icon on windows Tray?

Shareware version remote install will show an icon on windows tray on the remote PC.

      NO Icon will show in the retail version.

 

18.    What is WebCam via Internet?

      WebCam via Internet will allow you to secretly monitor your home/office activities while

       you are away using the Internet.  This is done using your’s PC’s Camera.

 

19.    What browser are compatible with WebCam?
